💼 About This Role

You'll own the full procurement lifecycle for a ~$200M healthcare SaaS company, managing a vendor portfolio with over $5M in contracts renewing in the next six months. You'll drive cost reduction through vendor consolidation and lead the adoption of AI and automation tools to accelerate procurement operations. This single-owner role reports to the VP of Accounting and sits at the intersection of operational discipline and commercial judgment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end procurement workflow from intake to contract execution.
• Lead commercial negotiations on SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and services contracts.
• Run proactive renewal calendar ensuring deliberate keep/renegotiate/exit decisions.
• Own SaaS spend data and produce reporting on vendor spend and savings.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience in a SaaS or technology company.
• Demonstrated track record of leading and closing commercial negotiations on SaaS, cloud, and services contracts.
• Experience managing the full procurement compliance stack: IT security, legal redlines, finance approvals.
• Hands-on experience with spend management platforms (Coupa, Productiv preferred).
