• Lead daily IT logistics operations and meet KPI targets
• Coordinate and delegate tasks across the team
• Ensure performance in goods in, processing, inventory, fulfillment
• Support team development and talent retention

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years leading a team in logistics or tech retail
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management
• Handling IT hardware (laptops, phones, cables)
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
