Description

You will handle maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare vacant apartments for move-ins. You'll work with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances while providing excellent customer service to residents.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair skills
• Ability to frequently lift 25-50 pounds
• Reliable transportation for work and on-call emergencies
• Basic computer skills and excellent communication

Responsibilities

• Resolve service tickets and perform preventative maintenance
• Handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs
• Maintain building and grounds for beauty and safety
• Provide outstanding customer service and be on-call for emergencies
