🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementation of Tipalti's cloud-based AP automation solution
• Deliver exceptional service as a trusted advisor to customers
• Guide customers through technical integration and problem-solving
• Oversee project timelines and development efforts

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of implementation, project management, or customer success with SaaS
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• Experience implementing ERP applications like NetSuite or QuickBooks
• Accounts Payable and procurement knowledge
• Ability to read and debug web applications (HTML, CSS, JS, API)
