- Proven track record of success in driving team goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- SalesForce experience.
- Bachelorβs Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
- Prior experience in Call Center environment.
