Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will handle service tickets and preventative maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, prepare vacant apartments for move-in, and maintain the beauty and safety of the community. You'll work weekends and be on call for emergencies, all while delivering exceptional experiences to residents.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation and emergency situations
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Perform preventative maintenance and service ticket resolution
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs
• Maintain building and community through general upkeep, snow removal, and grounds work
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
