Description

You will build and oversee a team of software engineers as a player-coach, coordinating projects and setting priorities to help small businesses expand globally. You'll work with Engineers, Design, and Product to ship new features and define long-term strategy.

• Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience coordinating projects and setting priorities
• Strong technical background with passion for mentoring

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product to define long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap
• Prioritize, schedule, and execute projects with Engineers, Design, and Product
• Communicate and coordinate with other teams to understand requirements
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence and continuous learning
• Attract, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of engineers
