🎯 What You'll Do

• Own direct procurement for assigned OEMs, securing supply per plan.
• Lead OEM negotiations on pricing, volume, and commercial terms.
• Manage day-to-day OEM relationships and contractual discussions.
• Collaborate with Planning to inform negotiation strategy and supply decisions.
• Resolve supply issues and monitor OEM performance and risks.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in direct procurement or supply chain management.
• Track record of leading complex commercial negotiations and managing contracts.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to turn forecasts into purchasing strategy.
• Exceptional relationship building skills across all levels.
