🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies
  • Screen candidates, advise hiring managers, and track SLAs
  • Report on key recruiting metrics and suggest improvements

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing experience building proactive pipelines
  • Experience using Ashby ATS to manage pipelines and metrics

✨ Nice to Have

  • Early-stage or rapid-growth experience strongly preferred
  • Ownership mentality with process improvement mindset
