🎯 What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies
- Screen candidates, advise hiring managers, and track SLAs
- Report on key recruiting metrics and suggest improvements
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing experience building proactive pipelines
- Experience using Ashby ATS to manage pipelines and metrics

- Early-stage or rapid-growth experience strongly preferred
- Ownership mentality with process improvement mindset
