You'll join Carvana's Inspection Center to repair automotive interiors and glass. You'll restore damaged upholstery, plastics, and windshields to prepare vehicles for customers. This role offers a $4,000 bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair damaged cloth, leather, plastic, and vinyl upholstery
• Fix center consoles, seats, dashboards, and headliners
• Repair stars, bullseyes, and cracks in windshields
• Color match and dye fabrics for seamless repairs

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of professional auto interior or glass repair experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
