As a design-minded engineer, you'll bring ideas to life on a blank canvas, turning concepts into functional, beautiful products. You'll shape and scale Neon's product and culture as an early team member.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components
• Collaborate with product leaders, designers, and engineers to ship features
• Ensure features are scalable, performant, secure, and user-friendly
• Write clean code, participate in code reviews, and maintain documentation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• Full-stack background with React and TypeScript
• Highly productive, able to take ownership of key initiatives
• Experience leading teams or projects and helping others level up
