• Own and improve core operational workflows across payments and compliance
• Identify and build use cases for AI to automate processes
• Build dashboards and reporting to track key metrics

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy/operations or finance in high-growth environment
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proven track record of end-to-end problem solving
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
