🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, configure, and test server-side applications in Windows environments
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving healthcare communication systems and networking
• Support customer go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization
• Maintain project documentation and implementation standards

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years troubleshooting enterprise software in complex IT environments
• Previous experience in Healthcare IT or clinical communication systems
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and VMware
• Solid understanding of networking and security concepts (DNS, HTTPS, TCP/IP, firewalls)

• Experience with clinical messaging or alerting systems
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or relevant healthcare technologies
