Description

As a Solutions Architect on Anthropic's Startups Applied AI team, you'll win the trust of founders by being an exceptional technical partner, helping startups build on the Claude Developer Platform from early product to scale. You'll combine deep technical expertise with a builder-first mindset to architect innovative LLM solutions, win technical evaluations, and guide startups to maximize value from Claude.

Requirements

• 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder)
• Experience with startups or high-growth technology companies
• Strong builder credibility through software engineering or technical founder experience
• Deep technical proficiency with building and scaling AI products, expertise in LLM applications
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand startup requirements and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout Claude adoption
• Win technical evaluations demonstrating Claude's value, helping startups develop evaluation frameworks
• Build technical credibility with founders and engineering teams, guiding architecture decisions
• Gather insights on startup usage of Claude, identify emerging use cases, and deliver feedback to Product and Engineering
• Travel to customer sites, startup events, and conferences for workshops and relationship building
