💼 About This Role

You'll join our EMEA Growth team to build strong partner relationships and drive lead generation. You'll develop and execute GTM motions, manage partnership pipeline, and identify opportunities to scale our partner ecosystem for a global digital transformation company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with partner sales teams and conduct regular meetings.
  • Develop and execute sales and GTM motions for annual partner plans.
  • Manage partnership pipeline and reporting in the CRM.
  • Act as primary Growth team contact for account mapping and qualification.
  • Champion partners internally and identify lead reciprocation opportunities.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in partner management and/or sales role with proven success.
  • Experience taking partnerships from 0-100 driving net new and upsell revenue.
  • Knowledge of composable and MACH technology and modern architectures.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
