• Prioritize, escalate, and resolve technical product issues
• Provide industry-specific compliance and regulatory guidance
• Drive integration of Black Duck solutions into customer CI/CD pipelines
• Act as a strategic advisor aligning with customer business priorities

📋 Requirements

• Application security knowledge including vulnerabilities and licensing
• CI/CD and DevOps tools hands-on experience
• Software development experience in C/C++, Java, or C#
• 8+ years in customer-facing technical role

✨ Nice to Have

• TAM or solution architect experience in AppSec
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP)
• Enterprise web development and microservices experience
