💼 About This Role

You'll edit 1-2 longform YouTube videos per week for one of the world's leading automotive channels, shaping content that reaches millions of viewers. You'll collaborate closely with the Lead Editor and use YouTube analytics to continuously improve performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit 1-2 longform YouTube videos per week to a high standard
• Shape pacing, storytelling, and retention for YouTube audiences
• Collaborate with Lead Editor and Project Manager on deadlines
• Attend shoots monthly to support filming and camera operation
• Use YouTube analytics to improve video performance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years professional editing experience in Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Strong storytelling instincts for engagement and retention
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Experience with YouTube content and/or automotive topics
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in automotive or YouTube-first content
• Motion graphics and Photoshop skills
• Experience using AI tools in video workflows
