Description

As a Field Process Engineer at ASM, you will work directly with customers to optimize thin-film deposition processes for semiconductor technology. You will conduct process engineering research and development, provide technical guidance during tool installs and repairs, and collaborate with hardware engineering to meet performance targets.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or Physics
• Strong customer-focused mindset and communication skills in Korean and English
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• For Master's holders: 2+ years relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct process engineering research, development, and evaluation
• Provide technical guidance during tool installs, repairs, operations, and calibration
• Develop and refine process recipes with hardware engineering
• Analyze complex data to define problems and deliver recommendations
• Create and present technical documentation and reports
