Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in event marketing and production.
- Proven track record producing trade shows, conferences, owned events, and white-glove experiences.
- Strong project management and communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing internal creative teams and external agencies.
- Passionate about breakthrough experience design and emerging event technology.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to set goals, develop event strategies, execute plans, and evaluate performance.
- Build and manage end-to-end event campaign programs including scopes, budgets, contracts, and timelines.
- Design and produce events from large-scale owned (500+) to trade shows and intimate customer experiences.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, negotiate terms, and ensure seamless delivery.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance event marketing workflows and drive efficiency.
