💼 About This Role

You'll architect and deliver AI-native platforms for Demandbase's pipeline AI platform. You'll play a key technical leadership role building agent-driven capabilities powered by generative AI. Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure platforms support LLMs and agentic workflows at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable cloud-native microservices for LLM-powered experiences.
• Build and operate production-grade RAG pipelines and vector search architectures.
• Partner on architectural planning for AI agents and inference optimization.
• Establish best practices for observability and cloud-native deployments with AI behavior.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years operating in a Staff-level (or equivalent) capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with vector search/vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
• Experience with AI-augmented development workflows.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
