💼 About This Role

You'll lead the evolution of ElasticGPT into a proactive agentic ecosystem, moving beyond chat to task execution. Your mission is to build intuitive agentic workflows that automate complex processes and boost workforce productivity. This role offers the chance to architect production-grade RAG systems at a Fortune 500 scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design agentic workflows using LangGraph/LangChain/Elastic Agent Builder/n8n
• Architect hybrid retrieval systems (BM25, vector search, RRF) with ESRE
• Oversee full model lifecycle from fine-tuning to scalable Kubernetes deployment
• Own token efficiency, latency, cost management, and evaluation pipelines

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record of building production-grade agents with LangGraph/LangSmith
• Mastery of Python and TypeScript
• Deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of MCPs and modern agent tool-discovery patterns
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI multi-model environments
• Experience with OpenTelemetry and end-to-end tracing
