Description

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll collaborate with clients to implement Placements.io's SaaS platform, configure solutions, conduct product demos, and serve as a trusted advisor to ensure client success.

Requirements

• 2+ years Hands-on Professional Services, Enterprise Implementation, Technical Business Analyst, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Data Analyst experience
• Strong business processes and documentation skills
• Experience with full cycle SaaS implementations
• Admin level experience with Salesforce.com, Dynamics CRM, Zendesk, Intercom, Workato, ServiceNow, Tray.io, Netsuite, Workday, Oracle or ad servers
• SQL, Data Management, Data Mapping experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to implement solutions on Placements platform
• Provide consultative recommendations on platform configuration and use
• Configure and present tailored product demonstrations
• Serve as customer advocate with product team
• Map business requirements to system/technical requirements
