Description

You will drive operational alignment and product readiness for Aurora's Mapping systems, translating operational inefficiencies into product requirements and leading strategic initiatives to scale operations. This high-impact role blends product management instinct with operational rigor to design scalable systems for HD map expansion and release readiness.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management, Product Operations, or Technical Program Management
• Strong product intuition with understanding of roadmaps, tradeoffs, and technical constraints
• Familiarity with QA workflows, vendor management, and distributed operations
• Data fluency with visualization tools using SQL and Python
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority

Responsibilities

• Drive operational alignment and continuous improvement across Mapping systems and tools
• Translate operational inefficiencies into product requirements and partner with engineering to drive automation
• Lead strategic initiatives to scale operations including KPI frameworks and process optimizations
• Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven narratives to inform product and business decisions
