You'll join the Mobile Team to build and scale Read AI's iOS and Android apps, enabling real-time audio capture and AI-generated transcripts. You'll take significant ownership of major features, collaborating with product, design, and ML to deliver high-performance, AI-powered mobile experiences. This role offers real-world impact through AI and technical leadership in a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own major features end-to-end across iOS and Android.
• Build and enhance real-time audio capture and processing.
• Optimize app performance, reliability, and battery usage.
• Design AI-powered mobile interactions for conversational AI.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of development experience.
• Strong experience with Swift/SwiftUI or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose.
• Proven ability to own complex features end-to-end.
• Experience with real-time audio capture using AVFoundation or Android audio APIs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience with real-time audio processing or speech-to-text.
• Backend development in Python, FastAPI, or Node.js.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
