You'll lead a sales team for Paytm's offline payment solutions, focusing on QR and POS adoption at petrol stations. Your core impact is onboarding new merchants and driving team performance to expand Paytm's merchant network in Balasore and Rajsamand. Leading a channel sales team and driving merchant adoption are key to success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard new merchants for offline payment solutions
• Lead and manage a team of 5 sales members
• Maintain relationships with PSU and oil marketing companies
• Drive team to achieve sales targets and incentives

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in channel sales
• Team handling experience of at least 5 members
• Own a smartphone, bike, and helmet
• Proficiency in Excel and data tools
