Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in agile software development
• 10+ years of software development experience
• Experience managing both development and QA engineers
• Strong background in Java, microservices, and cloud technologies
• Experience delivering SaaS/PaaS/IaaS products

Responsibilities

• Lead teams using Kanban, Scrum, or Scrumban
• Build collaborative relationships with global stakeholders
• Remove impediments and provide guidance to delivery teams
• Perform resource and workload allocations to meet timelines
