You'll support inbound and outbound portfolio transfers for a fintech platform serving 4.5 million clients. You'll ensure accurate and timely execution of stock, ETF, and cash transfers, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute and monitor daily inbound/outbound portfolio transfers.
• Review transfer requests for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with brokers and internal teams for transfers.
• Support client queries regarding transfer status.
• Investigate discrepancies and transfer-related issues.

📋 Requirements

• Predicted or achieved 2:1 degree in a STEM subject.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for client/broker interactions.
• Keen interest in financial markets and trading operations.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic modelling).

• Understanding of corporate actions.
• Knowledge of SQL or Python.
• Experience with Refinitiv, Bloomberg, or similar providers.
