💼 About This Role

You'll lead design across LTK's native Creator and Consumer apps, scaling the marketplace and evolving product strategy. You'll drive measurable business impact by connecting design decisions to activation, retention, and creator growth. This role offers a chance to lead a small team and raise the craft bar in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of product designers across Consumer and Creator experiences.
• Translate company and product strategy into focused priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to define problems and establish success metrics.
• Raise the craft bar across interaction, visual, and content quality in native apps.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years designing digital products.
• 2+ years directly managing product designers with full accountability.
• Shipped high-quality native iOS and Android experiences in a mobile-first environment.
• Influenced roadmap direction and proactively shaped product strategy.
