💼 About This Role

You'll oversee day-to-day operations of a technician team and perform diagnostics and repairs on heavy equipment for Carvana's fleet. Your core impact is ensuring all preventative maintenance and general repairs are completed on vehicle haulers and trailers up to company standards. This role offers a $6000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned technician team
• Diagnose and perform general preventative maintenance on heavy equipment
• Manage invoices for repairs completed by third-party vendors
• Use welders, torches, and plasma cutters to weld or fabricate broken parts

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Heavy Class 8 Mechanical Industry or similar
• Valid Driver's License
• Must have own tools to complete daily tasks
• Obtain at least two ASE Certifications within first 6 months
