Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop Account Executives in executive engagement, deal structuring, and strategic account management.
  • Help the team focus on high-value opportunities and prioritize efforts to maximize pipeline impact.
  • Inspect top deals weekly, evaluate deal health, and guide next-step strategies.
  • Ensure accurate, evidence-based forecasts and disciplined CRM use.
  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for India, identifying key vertical targets and partnerships.
