💼 About This Role

You'll define and scale Jeeves' partner ecosystem across North America, Latin America, and EMEA, strengthening broker-driven channels and pioneering new distribution models. This role drives a sizable portion of Jeeves' revenue through strategic partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and scale global partnerships strategy across NA, LATAM, and EMEA
• Optimize broker channels and create scalable regional playbooks
• Build new partnership categories: tech integrations, embedded finance, advisory
• Lead end-to-end partner lifecycle: sourcing, negotiation, activation, performance

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership
• International experience with deep exposure to NA, LATAM, and/or EMEA
• Proven track record designing and scaling partner ecosystems across regions
• Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish strongly preferred

• Familiarity with Brazil and LatAm markets
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or financial services
• Additional languages advantageous
