You'll source, test, and qualify EEE piece parts for avionics hardware on Terran R rocket, supporting full product lifecycle from conceptual trades to failure analysis. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to enable mission-critical electronics for a cutting-edge space launch vehicle. This role directly impacts rapid iteration and production of a tangible rocket.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and qualify EEE piece parts for avionics hardware
• Lead failure analysis investigations during test
• Support cross-functional teams for component selection
• Manage component screening and qualification processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years experience in electronics design for harsh environments
• Familiarity with active/passive components and failure modes
• Experience with destructive/non-destructive failure analysis (DPA, X-Ray, CSAM)

• Knowledge of automotive, industrial, and military EEE piece-part ratings
• Experience with EEE piece part supply chain and manufacturing methods
• Strong analysis skills in reliability and failure rate computing
