You'll proactively progress referencing applications and support tenants via phone, live chat, and email. Your work directly helps tenants secure their dream home while meeting key performance targets. This fully remote role offers quarterly paid travel to our London or Sheffield office for team collaboration.

- Progress referencing applications to generate reports within KPIs
- Help tenants secure their dream home by meeting targets
- Support customers via phone, live chat, and email with high accuracy
๐ Requirements
- Previous experience in a highly targeted fast-moving contact centre is highly desirable
- Customer-centric mindset to identify and understand customer needs
- Great attention to detail to identify inconsistencies

- Experience conducting credit or ID checks or working within the lettings industry
- Proven ability to prioritise effectively and stay organised
