This fully remote role offers quarterly paid travel to our London or Sheffield office for team collaboration.

  • Previous experience in a highly targeted fast-moving contact centre is highly desirable
  • Customer-centric mindset to identify and understand customer needs
  • Great attention to detail to identify inconsistencies

  • Experience conducting credit or ID checks or working within the lettings industry
  • Proven ability to prioritise effectively and stay organised
