• Lead annual insurance renewal process across countries
• Manage vendor relationships and RFP processes
• Design and govern the annual recognition program

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources
• Strong understanding of Total Rewards philosophy principles
• Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience in benefits or compensation management

• Experience with AI in benefits portfolio
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
