You'll support the Talent Acquisition team by driving top-of-funnel activity and identifying strong talent for a variety of roles. You'll partner with recruiters to source qualified candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search. This hybrid role in Chicago offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search
• Draft high-quality InMails and outreach messages
• Review resumes and profiles for role alignment
• Partner with recruiters to understand role needs

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of sourcing experience
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Strong writing skills for outreach messages
• Experience with ATS systems (Lever preferred)

• Experience sourcing hourly and salaried roles
• Experience sourcing across multiple departments
