You'll lead growth strategy and partnerships for Afterpay and Cash App's payments products. Your work will directly impact 50+ million monthly active customers and drive global business growth. You'll collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to scale our most strategic partnerships.

- Develop growth strategy for key partnerships
- Build relationships with partners at all levels
- Design scalable partnership programs
- Commercialize payment products through negotiations
๐ Requirements
- 9+ years of business development or partner management experience
- Proven track record managing growth partnership programs in payments or fintech
- Ability to build C-suite relationships and influence decision makers
- Expert negotiator with understanding of commercial contracts
โจ Nice to Have
- MBA or Masters degree
- Knowledge of the payments ecosystem
- Experience at an innovative payments company
