You'll partner with Compass agents to identify prospective agents and drive net-new pipeline for the Strategic Growth Team in our Beverly Hills office. You'll work toward becoming a Strategic Growth Manager through a formal training program.
π― What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach
- Articulate value proposition and handle objections to create qualified opportunities
- Document activities in CRM and maintain flawless data management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create and refine processes
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree with 2+ years of relevant experience (SDR, Customer Success, Sales)

- Experience with real estate industry
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and CRM tools
- Proven track record in pipeline generation
