💼 About This Role

You'll own the data modeling layer that turns raw event and application data into clean, trusted data products at Philo. You'll partner with stakeholders across Finance, Product, Marketing, Ad Sales, and Engineering to understand their analytical needs and translate them into performant dbt models. This role offers the chance to shape best practices and drive metric governance at a fast-growing streaming company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain dimensional models and data marts in dbt
• Define and govern key business metrics and KPIs
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into data products
• Establish best practices for dbt project structure and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data modeling
• Expertise in dbt and SQL
• Experience with Snowflake
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and metric governance
