You'll support identity and account management capabilities for AXS's consumer and partner platforms. You'll contribute to product discovery, analyze data, and help improve fan engagement and account usability. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products in the live entertainment industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day execution and delivery support for agile squads
• Manage product intake and unblock cross-functional needs
• Write and prioritize Jira tickets to maintain backlog
• Assist in product discovery and A/B testing

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in a Product Management/Product Owner role
• Experience managing sprint ceremonies and backlogs
• Ability to translate business needs into product requirements
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence or similar platforms

• Experience with B2C/B2B2C or account-based products
• Experience in live entertainment or ticketing industry
