You'll join Xaira Therapeutics, an innovative AI-driven biotech startup, to build and automate display systems for AI antibody design. Your core impact will be enabling data generation at scale for AI model training through cutting-edge selection techniques. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of protein biochemistry and machine learning in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, adapt, and automate display systems for AI antibody design
• Establish and optimize technologies for data generation at scale
• Apply innovative selection techniques using ML training needs
• Automate characterization of affinity and function at clonal level

📋 Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience with protein display techniques like yeast or phage display
• Experience in library design, build, panning/sorting, and validation
• Strong foundation in molecular biology, biochemistry, or structural biology
• Familiarity with antibody binding assays (ELISA, SPR, FACS) and automation

✨ Nice to Have

• PhD or MS with relevant experience
• Proficiency in mammalian cell culture and molecular biology
• Working knowledge of software for large data set analysis
