🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive capture activities across qualification, shaping, positioning, and pre-RFP phases
• Build and leverage relationships with DoW stakeholders to gather intelligence
• Plan and execute listening campaigns and synthesize client insights
• Support partner coordination, staffing strategies, and early solution development

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in business development or capture
• Direct experience supporting DoW programs or customers
• Understanding of FAR and DoW procurement processes
• Current DoW security clearance at SECRET level or higher

• Experience mentoring junior BD staff
• Experience with proposal development for federal opportunities
