Description

You will define and spearhead the long-term strategic roadmap for finance processes and systems at Oscar Health, acting as a key advisor to the CFO and senior leadership. You will lead global transformation initiatives, oversee change management, and ensure alignment with enterprise financial objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years in finance, accounting, or business strategy
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
• 8+ years in project and portfolio management leading finance transformation
• 5+ years leading complex financial systems implementations (e.g., Workday Financials)
• Master's degree or MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year Finance Transformation roadmap
• Act as a key advisor to the CFO and senior leadership
• Lead design and implementation of global Target Operating Models (TOM)
• Oversee comprehensive change management strategies
• Accountable for delivery of transformation project portfolio
