You'll manage a team of hourly associates to achieve production targets at a vehicle reconditioning center. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage assigned team members.
• Train team on Quality Control standards to minimize rework.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using computers
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
