🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain reporting and BI solutions
• Gather requirements and translate into queries and reports
• Perform data analysis using relational databases
• Validate data accuracy and ensure reliable insights

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field or 4 years of data analytics experience
• Exposure to relational database structures and data analysis or reporting
• Familiarity with SQL (Oracle or similar)
• Willingness to obtain Epic proficiency certification within onboarding

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Tableau, SAP, or similar platforms
• Experience with Epic or other healthcare systems
