💼 About This Role

You'll own the health, quality, and evolution of Managed Services offerings at Cinder, a platform protecting the internet for clients like OpenAI. Your work will directly impact how humans and AI collaborate in real-time review systems, and you'll shape AI-augmented workflows for Trust & Safety operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead quality programs across customers including QA design and precision/recall analysis
• Manage day-to-day BPO relationships and partner on staffing and performance
• Design and refine workflows where AI augments expert human judgment
• Act as primary operational contact for Managed Services customers

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in operations within Trust & Safety, AI safety, or data labeling
• Direct management of BPO or vendor-based review/labeling teams at scale
• Experience performing root cause analysis on operational or quality issues
• Comfortable using data (metrics, dashboards) to monitor performance
