💼 About This Role

You'll drive Geotab's investment strategy by sourcing and evaluating opportunities. Your core impact will be performing financial modeling and valuation analysis to inform investment decisions. This role offers exposure to cross-functional deal execution and portfolio company oversight.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop internally generated investment opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for transactions.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives.
• Prepare Investment Committee materials and fulfill corporate reporting requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, venture capital, or private equity.
• Proven financial modeling and valuation skills with complex investment analyses.
• Knowledge of investment processes, deal structuring, and portfolio management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, HR, Engineering, Supply Chain.
• Familiarity with IoT or connected transportation industry.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
