  • Own renewals including pricing, contracts, and eligibility
  • Handle eligibility management, billing cycles, and Salesforce accuracy

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing or account management role
  • Fully bilingual in French and English
  • Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
