You'll build and integrate marketing technology stacks to drive growth across Patient, Provider, and Partner pillars at a remote-first mental healthcare company. You'll own high-impact technical initiatives working closely with Marketing, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and build scalable marketing technology systems
• Lead technical projects from conception to delivery
• Integrate with CDPs, marketing automation, and analytics tools
• Mentor peers and foster high-performing engineering culture

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience designing distributed systems
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience integrating CDPs (Segment) and Marketing Automation Platforms (Iterable)
• Advanced knowledge of data pipelines and Kafka
• Experience with LLM-based features or agentic workflows
