  • 1–3+ years of full-time digital media optimization experience.
  • Deep hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube/Google Ads and video-first activation.
  • Experience with Amazon DSP or similar sophisticated DSPs.
