You'll architect multi-channel media plans and lead their execution for brand clients. Your core impact is translating business goals into advanced activation strategies across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll also drive A/B testing frameworks on emerging platforms like TikTok.
π― What You'll Do
- Partner with clients to map business goals to activation strategies across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex campaigns integrating social and programmatic precision.
- Analyze data to uncover deep consumer insights and optimize for long-term value.
- Develop and execute A/B testing frameworks for creative, audience, and bidding.
π Requirements
- 1β3+ years of full-time digital media optimization experience.
- Deep hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of YouTube/Google Ads and video-first activation.
- Experience with Amazon DSP or similar sophisticated DSPs.

- Advanced analytical skills with Excel or BI tools.
- Ability to turn complex data into strategic narratives.
- Experience with franchise/multi-location account structures.
