Description
As a Customer Success Business Partner at Anaplan, you will be the primary customer contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring solution adoption, value realization, and identifying growth opportunities. You'll work with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams to drive customer success and secure renewals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, consulting, or client services
- Experience in business planning (annual operating plans, forecasting, modeling) is a plus
- Corporate finance, supply chain, and sales planning experience is a plus
- Customer-first mentality with proactive attitude and ability to react with urgency
- Strong project and program management skills and ability to multitask
Responsibilities
- Handle a portfolio of Enterprise Customers with ~$5.0M ARR to improve value and ROI on Anaplan
- Be the primary Anaplan point of contact and trusted adviser during the customer life cycle
- Proactively monitor customer end-user adoption and sponsorship, building action plans if needed
- Guide customers to secure strong adoption and align Platform Expansion plans to business objectives
- Support implementation success and service quality through collaboration with Professional Services
